They were able to book us a family tour package at a short notice and were also very flexible with the itinerary.BCT accommodated our change in plans quickly. The itinerary covered most of the important experiences from a family perspective. Mr.Panca, our guide was extremely helpful.He was jovial, dedicated and very punctual. He gave us valuable information and safety tips as well. I cannot single out any specific activity or experience, as all of them were great! I highly recommend this company for any tour guide / driver service you are looking for! Surya and Nyoman were both absolutely incredible drivers! Surya made sure that we were constantly comfortable and that we made the most of our day. When the weather was poor, he made sure we had fun alternatives to our initial plan while still ensuring we hit our prioritized destinations! Nyoman was so patient with us and really helped us make our plans possible. He even stood in an almost 40-minute line and bought Kecak tickets for us so that we could walk around and enjoy the temple. They were both very smooth drivers with a good knowledge of the local routes, and both of them went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated their kindness, patience, and dedication!
